Maleah Graduation

Maleah is a sweet young woman. She was very quiet at first, but soon her personality burst through when I started taking pictures. She was bold, sassy, sweet… She was my perfect model.

While we were taking pictures I asked her about what she did in high school and what experiences she had. She mentioned to me that she had been dating someone and recently broke up with her. She had bought a beautiful Prom dress that she wanted to wear with someone else to her Prom as way of a new start. She told me how sad she was that she wouldn’t be able to wear that dress to prom. I asked her if she had any pictures and she said she had actually brought the dress with her! I told her she absolutely had to wear the dress for a few pictures so we could document it. I don’t regret it one bit.

I’m so glad Maleah was willing to put on her Prom Dress for pictures. She was absolutely stunning and will have these memories forever!
